Saying That I am sorry for your loss doesn't seem like enough. I will miss seeing Don When we camp up at Stoney Brook. I've enjoyed talking with & helping out if & whenever I could. I think that was as much as the camping was. It was also fun for my wife to pick out the treat of the day to send up. Don I hope we can carry on the tradition & that I can help you out whenever I can while I am camping.
Your dad will be missed by all who knew him I am sure.Take care & know that you all are in our prayers.

I am saddened by the loss of another one of the good guys. Many good times were had at the fest and other JH get togethers and Red was loved and will be missed by many of the brothers and sisters-in-law through the fire department. My sympathies go out to Shirley and the family at this time of loss.

All I can say is what a great man Red was. He was one of the first to welcome me into Jackson Hose in 1984 and always greeted me, and everyone else for that matter, with a smile and a handshake. In recent times, whenever I would see him out, he still gave me that smile and handshake. He will be missed by many. God speed, Old Bud.
