Obituary of Charles Andrew Kelly

Springwater- Charles A. "Charlie" Kelly age 76, passed away at home early Saturday evening February 13, 2016.
He was born in the Town of Wheatland, NY on January 12, 1940, a son of the late Charles and Mildred (Shirley) Kelly. He was also predeceased by a daughter Ruth "Peggy" Daniels in 2008. On December 29, 1962, he was married to Ruth Harkness Kelly, who survives.
Charlie was a custodian at Suny Geneseo for many years retiring in 1995.
Surviving in addition to his wife Ruth, are his children, Vicky (Dan) Maynard of Ohio, Rebecca (David) Kelly of Holley, Patrick (Tammy) Kelly of Dansville and Shane Kelly of Springwater; twelve grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren; a brother, David Kelly and a sister Margaret Cline both of Mumford.
There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family at the Hindle Funeral Home, Inc., 271 Main St., Dansville. Interment will be in Greeenmount Cemetery, Dansville. Online remembrances may be left at HindleFuneralHome.com.
