Obituary of Joseph A. Caldwell

Sparta- Joseph A. "Joe" Caldwell age 58, passed away Wednesday afternoon September 6, 2017, following an extended illness.

He was born in West Palm Beach, FL, on November 12, 1958, the son of Allen and Patricia (Dovey) Caldwell. He was predeceased by his father Allen Caldwell. On February 21, 1987, he was married to Wanda Toland Caldwell.

Joe was formerly employed at Crowley Foods in Arkport and Matthews and Fields Lumber in Rochester. In his free time he enjoyed his home on the hill and hunting.

He is survived by his wife Wanda, two sons, Jeffrey and Dale Caldwell, his mother, Patricia Caldwell, four sisters, Cathy (Rod Evans) Bergh, Dorothy Caldwell, Mary (Martin) Hughes, and Margaret (Michael) Carle, and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at the convenience of his family. Arrangements are by the Hindle Funeral home, Inc. 271 Main St., Dansville. Online remembrances may be left HindleFuneralHome.com.
