Obituary of Judy I Marble

Sparta- Judy I. Marble age 79 passed away Thursday afternoon December 8, 2022, at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville following a lengthy illness. She was born in Groton NY on November 21, 1943, a daughter of the late Martin and Evelyn (Dann) Barnhart. She was also predeceased by her former husband Michael C. Burley and siblings, Patricia Walters, Dana Barnhart, and Dale Barnhart. Judy was a former secretary for Finger Lakes DDSO in Geneseo, a Sempstress at Champion Knit in Perry. She was a former member of the Birdsall United Methodist Church and the Sparta Center United Methodist Church. In her free time, she enjoyed sewing, doing craft projects and spending time with family. She is survived by her estranged husband David Marble Sr., three daughters Nicole (Loren) Kershner, Diana Marble-Middaugh and Michelle (Joshua Canfield) Burley, two sons, David (Sheila Tomzak-Simcox) Marble and Vernon (Sharon) Marble, a step-daughter Gen (Rob) DeMun, two sisters Shirley Young and Connie (Martin) Cabak, three brothers Marty (Carol) Barnhart, Larry Barnhart and Gerald Loveland, a step sister Bonnie (Mike Horn) DePuy and a step-brother Norm (Martha Yanda) Scott; fourteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held later at the convenience of the family. Interment in Lakeside Cemetery Loon Lake, NY.
