Dansville- Aaron L. Wilcox age 68, passed away Thursday morning February 15, 2024, at home after a courageous battle with cancer. Aaron was born a Mohawk Indian on March 30, 1955, in Cuba, NY a son of the late Lowell and Jean (Brandt) Wilcox. On Halloween October 31, 1987, he was married to the former Debra Shull Wilcox, who survives. Aaron was a slither operator at Gray Metal Products in Avon. He was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose. In his free time, he enjoyed his grandchildren and helping his fellow man. He is survived by his wife Deb, two sons Thomas (Natacia) Schledorn and Shawn (Candi Lefever) Schledorn, his siblings Karla Wilcox, Jay (Lynn) Wilcox, John (Elizabeth) Wilcox, two granddaughters Ashlyn and Hayden Schledorn, nieces and nephews Stephanie Wilcox, Joshua (Courtney) Wilcox, Shanton (Hope) Wilcox, Bryan and Cory Chapman. A sister in-law Dawn Chapman. Friends may call Sunday February 18, from 1 to 4 pm at the Hindle Funeral Home Inc, 271 Main St. Dansville., where services will be held on Monday at 11:00 am. Interment will be in Greenmount Cemetery in Dansville. Online memories may be shared at HindleFuneralHome.com.
