Canaseraga- Judy S. Foster age 79, of Canaseraga passed away Friday June 6, 2014 at her home in Canaseraga.
She was born in Olean, NY on November 1, 1934 the daughter of the late Earl and Marguerite (McMaster) Hazen. She was the widow of Harland C. Foster Sr.. She was also predeceased by her step-sons, Harland “Skip” Foster Jr., and Marty Foster.
Judy wintered in Ocala FL and spent her summers at Sun Valley Campground in Canaseraga. She was a former secretary at Beneficial Finance in Dansville. In her free time she enjoyed camping and crafts.
She is survived by her step-children, Stephen (Judy), Foster, Dennis Foster, Barbara (Gary) Burley all of Dansville, Daughter in law Candace Foster of Springwater Norma Jean (Donald) Sullivan of Nunda, Cheryl Anne (Frank) Robson and Rebecca Foster, both of Dansville; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and a brother Gale Hazen of Geneseo and two nieces.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Saturday June 14, 2014 at the Hindle Funeral Home, Inc. 271 Main Street, Dansville. Interment will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery West Sparta. Online remembrances may be left at HindleFuneralHome.com.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Dansville Ambulance.
