Dansville - James M. Claud, age 57, passed away at home early Saturday morning April 13, 2013.
He was born in Dansville, NY on May 17, 1955, a son of the late Edward and Carol (Little) Claud. On June 28, 1985, he was married to Pam Dickenson Claud who survives.
He was a US Marine Corps veteran. He was a life member of the Halley Allen Post of the American Legion in Sonyea, a life member of the Marine Corps. League and the Powers Inn Club. His hobbies included fishing, riding motorcycles and playing pool. James was an auto glass installer for Diamond Auto Glass of Rochester.
Surviving in addition to his wife Pam, are his four children, Matthew Derby of Hornell and Heather (Don) Sanders of Dansville, Alicia White of Mt. Morris and Danielle Claud of Lima; a brother Roger (Charlotte) Claud, two sisters, Rose (Dennis) Staley, and Janet Claud, six grandchildren.
Friends may call Tuesday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at the Hindle Funeral Home, Inc., 271 Main St., Dansville. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Online remembrances may be left at HindleFuneralHome.com.
