Obituary of Beverly May Bartles

Rush- Beverly M. "Bev" Bartles age 77, passed away early Tuesday morning November 10, 2015, at Highland Hospital in Rochester, following a extended illness. She was born in Dansville, on May 18, 1938, a daughter of the late George and Berniece (Shaw) Karns. She was the widow of John R. "Jack" Bartles who predeceased her on September 6, 1987. She was also predeceased by a son, Mark and a sister, Patricia Gridley. She was a graduate of Dansville Central School and received her BSN of Nursing from Genesee Hospital. Bev was a retired RN BSN manager at Monroe Developmental Center and the later FLDDSO. She was a communicant at St. Marianne Cope Parish at St. Joseph's Church in Rush. She is survived by her sons, Kirk, Matthew and Eric (Peg) Bartles, grandchildren, Adam, John, Erin and Mark, great granddaughter, Bailey and her mother Miranda. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Marianne Cope Parish at St. Joseph's Church in Rush on Friday at 10:30 AM. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Dansville. Ref.
