Dansville- Jeffery Alden Townsend age 47, passed away early Sunday morning April 17, 2016 at Noyes Memorial Hospital following an illness.
He was born in Dansville on June 22, 1968, a son of Terry Townsend and Joanne Knudsen who survive.
Jeffery graduated from Dansville High School in 1989. On November 12, 2011 Jeffery was married to Ashley Budde who survives. Jeffery worked for Morgan’s Waste in Dansville as a Garbage Truck Driver. Jeff enjoyed driving his motorcycle, being a mechanic, driving his John Deere tractor, and spending time with his Family.
Surviving in addition to his loving wife of four years, Ashley Townsend, his daughter, Elizabeth Townsend, his mother Joanne (Raymond) Knudsen, his father Terry Townsend, his brother, David Debois, his sisters, Julie Smith, Dianna Snyder, and his aunt, Joanna Townsend.
Friends may call Tuesday April 19, 2016 from 4:00-8:00pm at the Hindle Funeral Home Inc. 271 Main St. Dansville NY, 14437. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday April 20, 2016 at 11:00am. Interment in Greenmount Cemetery following services at the funeral home. Online remembrances may be left at HindlefuneralHome.com
