Where do i begin... Its been a few months since Pender and I hung out. We used to go to FLCC together and lived at FLSH together. I remember all the times we hung out and all the good times we had. Although in recent months I have moved to NH for a job. Pender always kept in touch with me and we always talked about the good times we had. Jon was such a good guy full of energy. Jon was loved by all and got along with everyone. Its been hard this week to hear the news of his passing. I miss you buddy and I am sure that one day I will see you again. I love you buddy.

My heart goes out to all of Jonathan’s family and friends. He was my best friend for more than ten years. He was like part of my family, and we loved him like he was family. He was the happiest person I knew. He lived life to the fullest, and always looked at the positive. He made the best out of everything, was always up for having fun, and was so supportive and caring to everyone that he met. He was such a good person, and always did things so he could be a better man. He always wanted to help people because he wanted the best for his family and friends. I have so many memories of him that I will always cherish. I admire all of his wonderful qualities, and hope that he can inspire others to be the best person they can be. I am so lucky to have known Pender. We will always love and miss you!!!

I won't forget the funny stories we all shared while carving pumpkins together. My thoughts are with those who knew him well-this is a huge loss for old friends and new.

It just doesn't seem real that you are gone, we have been friends since middle school and although we haven't seen each other as much in the last couple years as in the past I still feel honored to call you a friend. You were always there to make people laugh and give the best hugs and your smile could light up an entire room. It is evident in the past few days just how many lives you touched and how much you meant to people. I will always miss you and think of you. I am glad that we got to catch up not that long ago on our lives. Thank you for all of the wonderful memories, from the high school musicals, to playing tennis, to going to Red Wing games or hanging out at your apartment, or going to dinner. I treasure each and every one.
Bess, Andrew and Brandon, I am so sorry for your loss. I am thinking of you all in this sad time.

I still can't grasp this tragedy incident. Jonathan was the nicest person anyone could ever meet. I have known him for some time now, and I am very honored I ever had the opportunity to know him. It didn't matter how long we didn't see each other, because when we did, he was always there with his handsome smile and open arms, like no time had ever past. Jon was a great person, who know one could resist his compassionate love and friendship for everyone. I will dearly miss him and always have a spot in my heart for him. He was a true gentlemen.

I have been trying to think of what to say. I knew Jonathan from the cruiseship. He was one of my best friends on the ship and I knew that if I just wanted to go and "have fun"I could go and find pender and we could even make a boring trip fun. One instance that sticks out is we decided to go to walmart to get some stuff. They always say you can return ANYTHING back to walmart so we decided to see if it was true. We both got a small milk cookies and cream flavored , which was not good we both drank about half then took it back. He did not have a reciept so they wouldnt take his back but took mine back with a reciept and got the money bck for it. He was so full of life and when I saw what happened knowing him was just so hard to process how a guy like him could be gone so soon. There will always be a special place im my heart for him. My prayers are with friends and family. Stay stromg through this time and soon we will see him again.

Jon and I haven't spoken in almost a decade but I always knew that if I needed anything at all that all I had to do was ask. He would always wish me a happy birthday via Facebook every year even though we didn't regularly speak. I can't process why this would happen to such a great guy and am truly devastated by his loss. Bess, Andrew, Brandon I am so very sorry for your loss. The world is a darker place for his loss.
