Obituary of Benjamin Martin Weiler

Ossian- Benjamin M. "Ben" Weiler age 44, passed away late Monday morning February 18, 2019, surrounded by his wife and children following a battle with cancer.

He was born in Dansville on February 7, 1975. He was a son of Frederick and Linda (Smalt) Weiler. On July 28, 2012, he was married to Saunya Kramer Weiler, who survives.

Ben was a heavy equipment operator for Local 158 Operator's Union. He worked very hard to support his growing family and to provide for their needs. In his free time, he enjoyed riding motorcycle and snowmobiling.

Surviving in addition to his wife Saunya are three daughters, Kali Rollman, Kristen and Kari Weiler, three sons, Kyle Weiler, Devon and Seth Ebert, a granddaughter Lydia Mae Weiler, dear grandmother Esther Prouty, parents Fred and Linda Weiler, siblings, Brenda (Eric) Tenpast, Brian (Linda) Norton, Matthew (Wendy) Weiler, Shannon Bazan and Jonathon Call, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Friends may call Thursday from 4 to 7 pm at the Hindle Funeral Home, Inc. 271 Main St., Dansville. Interment will be in Kiehle Cemetery in Sparta Online remembrances may be left at HindleFuneralHome.com.
