It's hard to believe I will never see Rodger's smiling face again at one our family get togethers at the lake. He always seemed to enjoy sharing his birthday with my grandson Jack's birthday celebration at the annual July 3rd "ring of fire." You always made sure my little sister was loved and taken care of. So patient, gentle and kind. Rodger, I will miss your big hugs and caring ways. Rest in peace.

Rodger was a sweet man from Virginia who had soft-spoken ways and gave the best hugs. He was a loving partner to my sister and treated her like a queen. He loved his NASCAR, both watching it and collecting it. He also loved his kitty cats. We will miss him at our family get togethers so much. Rest in peace buddy, and see you when we get there with you.
