Dansville- William Albert Snyder Jr. age 83, passed away late Tuesday afternoon June 15, 2021, at Rochester General Hospital Following a brief Illness.
He was born in Rochester on April 28, 1938, a son of the late William Albert and Ethel May (Torpy) Snyder, he was also predeceased by several brothers and sisters. On June 20, 1975, he was married to Alice Jane (Jameson) Snyder who survives.
Bill worked as a Code Enforcement Officer for the towns of Canadice and Naples, and a member of the Finger Lakes Building Officials Association. He was involved in several motorcycle clubs, a member of the Springwater Rod and Gun Club.
In addition to his wife of 46 years Jane, Bill is survived by his children, Mark (Joyce) Snyder, Kim Raup, 7 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
