Obituary of Donna Rae Hartman

Dansville- Donna Rae Hartman age 72, passed away early Sunday morning June 20,2021, at the Vincent House following an illness. She was born in Hornell, on January 19, 1949, a daughter of the late Donald and Joyce (Bennett) Acker. On September 21, 1968, she was married to Dennis Hartman who survives. Donna was a communicant of St. Mary's Church of Dansville. She was a past member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, a member of the Brae Burn Wednesday Bowling League. A past officer of the Wednesday Woman's Brae Burn Golf Association, and the Dansville Women's Softball League. She worked at Craig Colony in Sonyea, Noyes Memorial Hospital and retired from Finger Lakes DDSO in 2004. In addition to her loving husband of 53 years Dennis, Donna is survived by their children, Lori (Richard) Tyler, and Jodi (Chad) Bates, grandchildren, Bradley Wood, Chelsie, and Megan Tyler, Cameron, and Samantha Bates, a sister, Cindy (Timothy) Hoag, brothers, Ronald (Lori), Donald (Rayna), Daniel (Ines Lehne-Acker), and Timothy Acker, several nieces, and nephews. Friends may call from 3:00pm to 7:00pm on Wednesday June 23, at the Hindle Funeral Home Inc. 271 Main St. Dansville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday June 24, 11:00am at St. Mary's Church of Dansville.
