Sparta- Rodney Jay Knudsen, age 60 passed away suddenly at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville on September 19, 2021.
He was born in Dansville, on September 16,1961 a son of Albert L and Rea (Thomas) Knudsen. He was predeceased by his father Albert Knudsen.
Rodney loved to work on cars, listen to music, the Jets, and Hunting. One of his favorite past times was watching the seasons change, and the harvesting of the farm fields across from his house.
Surviving Rodney is his mother, Rea Knudsen, his siblings, Robert (Genevieve) Rickey (Patricia), Rita, Deborah, Rodger (Debora), Marilyn (Claude), Sharon (Nelson), Albert Jr., Timothy, his uncles, Gordon (Carolyn) and Melvin (Caroline) Thomas, several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and nephews, and friends.
Following Rodney’s wishes there will be no services, he will be interred in Kiehle Cemetery Sparta. Arrangements are by the Hindle Funeral Home, Inc., 271 Main St. Dansville. Online memorials may be at HindleFuneralHome.com.
