Obituary of Michael Shawn Ribble

Dansville- Michael “Mike” Shawn Ribble age 42, passed away Tuesday October 12, 2021, at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester following a brief illness. He was born in Dansville, on February 7, 1978, a son of John and Donna (Ribble) Parsons. He was predeceased by his father Randy Burley, and his grandparents, Wilson (Mary) Ribble. On April 15, 2005, he was married to Betsy (Carberry) Ribble who survives. Mike was a commercial parts manager for AutoZone in Geneseo NY. He was an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and making memories with his children. Mike enjoyed working on cars and was a very good mechanic. He was a member of the Church of the Latter-Day Saints in Arkport and the Dansville Rod-and-Gun Club. He was a well loved with lots of friends and family that he enjoyed making memories with. Surviving in addition to his wife of 16 years Betsy are his children, Alex and Colson Ribble, his sister, Dawn (David) Clark, his parents Donna (John) Parsons, his brothers, Christopher, and Patrick (Sheena) Parsons, Several half siblings. Friends may call on Friday October 15th from 12:00pm – 2:00pm at the Hindle Funeral Home Inc. 271 Main St. Dansville, NY 14437.
