My best memories of Nancy are from 1967-1969 when she would come over for coffee at our house in the late mornings during the week, before I was even in school. She and other friends of my mom would sit for hours and laugh and drink coffee and joke with my brother and me. Other memories from those same years that are always strong in my visual memory are Nancy and her big Red and I believe also a Yellow (Buik ? they were big long colorful cars - the color of fruit) with white vinyl interior. My brother and I used to get so excited climbing into that huge colorful automobile to be taken up to the Fireman's parade with Nancy behind the wheel. We thought of her as a Television star behind the wheels of those cars....
