I am going to miss her. Gail and I go way back. We skated together at Mid-Way Roller Rink and belonged to the skating club together at the top of the Wayland Hill on Route 63. Figure skating on rollers was our passion and Gail was a very talented figure skater and beautiful person. The rink was our second home. We went to many competitions throughout Western NY. and PA. Gail won many events and had the trophies and medals to prove it. Gail went to Nationals in California. Gail was a funloving person. The picture that you have of her is the way I like to remember her. Life here on this earth flies by in the blink of an eye and it is hard for me to believe that she is already gone. In a way it feels like it is the end of my connection to an era where we had fun and enjoyed each other's company. Today at the Arkport Presbyterian Church where we attend, we put pink and red carnations with babies breath on the altar in memory of Gail.
